 WHAT SERVICES MAY I EXPECT FROM ASSISTED LIVING

• MEDICATION – We will monitor medication supplies and contact the appropriate pharmacy or family member when reorders are necessary. We Maintain appropriate medication logs and physician’s orders. We assist with medications per physicians’ instructions to resident.

• PERSONAL CARE – We will assist resident as needed to dress, bathe and groom. Our attendants will do laundry, make bed and provide housekeeping. All of this is done per a schedule worked out by the resident assistant.
  


• MEALS – We encourage all residents to attend meals in our dining room. This is an important time for social interaction, as well as a source of daily exercise. We will provide a tray per request if from time to time a resident isn’t feeling up to attending a meal in our dining room. We will provide table service in the dining room per individual needs.
  
  We encourage everyone to be up and dressed by 10 am. This should provide them with time to attend any activities or social function.
  
  We do not provide feminine or incontinent supplies, oral or bathing supplies, or any misc. grooming supplies that may be needed. Generally we look to the family members to keep these items supplied. In the event that we must supply any item which we feel is needed for the well being of the resident, we will ask the responsible parties for reimbursement by issuing a bill for the items provided.
